Dr. Wool-establish a rapport and he is GREAT!
Any time you go to a doctor, for the first several times, you are feeling them out as they are doing the same with you. I strongly encourage you to give Dr. Wool a chance and you will soon discover him to be a wonderful person and great doctor. After monthly visits with Dr. Wool, over a 5 year period, I find him to be very caring, open to anything I have to ask or say, involves me in my treatment plans, never rushed and takes his time with me. He will actively involve me in his phone calls to my Colorado Springs heart doctor to make sure I understand everything and how I wish to proceed. My first impression of Dr. Wool was that he was an intense individual, speaks directly to you and told things as they were, point blank. After spending more time with him I find him to be a wonderful individual, very personable, very caring, very knowledgeable and goes way beyond what I expect of a doctor. I gave Dr. Wool 5 stars and would love to have the opportunity to rate him higher!

Unprofessional and disrespectful
Dr. Wool wouldn’t allow me to ask questions. He interrupted me even after asking if I had any questions. He would not return my calls, I was unable to get the test results I saw him for. I feel disrespected and neglected as a patient.
