Mediocre
I have been seeing him simply because there are not many choices! His bedside manner is cold and he is not at all comforting! Every time I tell him something hurts he tells me it’s not the arthritis? He blames a lot of issues on weight, and he could use a good course on professional development, bc he can be curse and rude! I leave there upset every time and if I could find a female rheumatologist, I would be gone!

The office staff is very pleasant and my appointment was on time. Dr Wasser asked many questions and took the time to listen to my answers. His examination was thorough as well.

I have been seeing him for 3 years. He is not approachable, told me to lose weight, and is cold and not at all comforting. If you need paper work filled out, forgot it, they charge 25 dollars and are rude about doing it. Plan on not returning, going to NY, I am over him and his staff.

Got a confirmation call that my appointment was at 10:00. I turned in all my paperwork over a month ago when I made this appointment. I come in for my 10:00 am appointment and they told me I needed to be there at 9:45, apparently to decorate his waiting room. Then the next appointment wouldn't be for another month. Obviously I'm going elsewhere. Waisted a month and change. The woman at the desk was incredibly condescending and rude about it. NEVER GO HERE.

I made a BIG mistake in this follow-up visit to Dr. Wasser yesterday. I have all the symptoms of Sjogrens Syndrome and they are getting worse. He was arrogant, rude and condescending towards me. He lacks knowledge about the conditions which his specialty is supposed to be treating. My left knee was killing me and I thought that he would at least help me look into the problem as I once had water on the knee. He treated me with disrespect as I am not 25 anymore. Well neither is he. He is too old t

Went for an initial consultation with this Doctor at the advice of my primary care Doctor. I had been feeling ill with pain throughout my body and severe stiffness. After telling the Doctor my symptoms his response was, I don’t understand what you are doing here. He did an exam and told me everything was fine. His bedside manner is horrific. Six weeks after this I could not get out of bed unassisted at 56 years old. I was shortly after diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis. Avoid Doctor.

I find it interesting that the people who are doing the complaining are people who showed up late for a SCHEDULED appointment. It sounds as though the Doctor tries to run on time and if someone shows up late for an appointment, it backs everyone else up. It sounds like the Doctor is trying to be considerate of his other patients, and if someone cannot arrive on time for their appointment then that is on them. STOP blaming the office staff for their own failure to arrive on time!!!

Horrible. Dr Wasser did nothing for me. Spent 15 minutes with me, did nothing no review of systems, he did not order tests bloodwork..personally a waste of my time, when I'm looking for answers.

My mother is being treated by Dr. Wasser. I go with her every time and we agree he is the most professional doctor we have ever seen. They do run on time. The reason you can't come late is because he is booked, always. That's the sign of a top doc. We never wait though. In and out. How many drs. can I say this for? None!! The waiting room is circa 1980 and they could use music, but these are petty complaints. He is the best!

I've been a patient of Doctor Wasser's for many years now. Since day one I've always felt very comfortable and content with him. He's exhibited nothing but patience and understanding even at the times where I myself was most frustrated and impatient. His office staff is friendly and accommodating.

After driving an hour south to an appointment with Dr Wasser I was ten minutes late. I called to let them know I was running late but at 4:45 pm their out of office voicemail was already on. When I arrived I was told he had already left. When I asked why no one bothered to even call they told me they assumed I wasn't showing. Even though I was ten minutes late it was still within office hours. Dr Wasser just doesn't care and should just retire.
