The whole process was a lot smoother than I thought. The pre-visit preparation helped the wait time and both Doctor and Nurse were very clear on procedure and results. I was informed and satisfied with their service as well as their professional practice.

I felt like Dr Vanowen was very curt. His bedside manner wasn't the greatest. The first lady named Claudia that did the test was friendly and considerate so I figured the doctor would be the same way. I was wrong. He didn't stick around to explain much. After the test, he was done with me and told me how to get out of the room.

He was pleasant and thoroughly explained everything to me, both during procedure and as he went over the results. Advised what he would be reporting to my Ortho. 20 times more positive than my last experience with another neurologist 14 months ago.

The office staff in Warrensburg are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vanowen seems to be a very good dr and wants to get to the bottom of the headaches I am having which is great I would like to know more about the results of the tests of what it could be but I understand if he assumes its that and says so then Ill get scared and expect the worst. would like to get this test they are going to do at my home done and over so we can go on with results to know what to do. would also like to get in to the portel if he has one
