Dr. Kenneth Stokes, MD

After review with my cardio-thoracic surgeon, I was referred to Dr. Kenneth Stokes for additional interventional treatment. Dr. Stokes was outstanding! Clear, concise explanations of the problem and treatment options. I was sedated, had the seroma drained and had a JP drain placed in my leg. Dr. Stokes fully explained all relevant details, clearly and professionally. He also displayed his sense of humor, which was refreshing. I am remaining under his care, and expect to see him again in a few weeks. He is an excellent and professional Doctor who I highly recommend if you are in need of Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Stokes implanted a port in my chest wall in October 2017. When I recently had a problem that concerned me, I called his office and explained the problem. Dr. Stokes personally called me back and, after hearing my concerns, had me come in that same afternoon for him to see me. Thankfully the problem turned out to be less serious than I had thought, but I was seen, and treated with kindness.

I was scheduled with Dr. Stokes because my Dr. was out of the office. I found Dr. Stokes to be in a hurry. He was rude by his remarks to me. I had to have Lidacaine shots before my procedure and Dr. Stokes DID NOT give the shots time to take effect. It hurt me when he started the procedure. He rushed through and then said," Okay go home!" Never want to see him again??

Dr Stokes did an excellent job!
