Horrible service
Third week of trying just to talk to a human. Zero customer service, no call backs except one to just give me the same number again with no call back.

Worst experience of my life. The office staff is rude until they realize they messed up. Paperwork doesn't get processed, appointments don't get set, there's a complete communication breakdown between everyone in that office. My surgeon told me surgery or pain. Never offered to try an injection (he did for a different section but not the one we knew was unstable). He promised we world met a few times with my family to talk about the game plan. Never happened. Instead, I had to routinely check in to make sure my file was moving (it never was). Pre-op appt, I find out I am having a completely different kind of surgery. No one tells me that recovery is different in anyway. Turns out, it is. More muscle was pulled than normal. I ended up a massive fever, a rash, hip pain and major pain from the surgery on my l4-l5. I've spoken with nearly a dozen doctors and all of them agree the surgery should have required a 3 day minimum stay. If I had stayed, I wouldn't have to have had my husband try

Dr. Nwosu really cares about his patients. Explains everything completely and in easily understandable language. His staff are top of the line too, friendly and courteous. I have had 2 surgeries and both times had absolute confidence that I was getting the best care possible.

Dr Nwosu is great, his business office is a different story. There is a 25.00 charge for any paper work that the doctor has to sign, it cost me 50.00 out of pocket for this, for my return to work-they filled the form out incorrectly and it cost me 2 non paid days until it was corrected. The billing office also billed my Medicare insurance even though I expressed multiple times that Medicare is secondary and First Choice was Primary. I have contacted Medicare and corrected on that end, I have left a voice mail asking for a call back to have them refill.

I had a previous back surgery 9 years ago and know when it gets bad due to DDD. I went to see this doctor in pain, knowing something was wrong. No MRI ordered, said it looked fine. Long story short, I ended up in the ER a couple weeks later unable to walk and had another nack surgery a week after the ER visit.

Dr. Nwosu did surgery on my back October 26th. By the time I met him, I had already seen two other surgeons, and had a bad experience with both. I was emotional because nobody was helping me. By the time I met Dr. Nwosu I couldn't even walk. Dr. Nwosu was kind and patient with me from the very first time I met him. He has always allowed enough time to answer all of my questions at every appointment. He has never been rude or judgemental, always compassionate. My surgery was very successful!
