If you want a doctor who cares about you, run away
After waiting over 30 minutes for him, he entered the room with an attitude. He clearly had no interest in treating me and felt any question I asked, not worthy of his time. My case is complicated so maybe he didn't want to handle it. If that was the case, then he handled it perfectly. Making me feel like I was wasting his time and standing by the door to get us to leave, was a great way for me to see no future with him. He is snarky, uncaring and rude. Find a surgeon who actually cares about you as a person and not someone whose ego does all of the talking. I don't care how good of a surgeon he is....if he treats me like I'm not worthy of his time or attention, I'm finding someone who treats me with the respect any patient in need of major surgery deserves. If you do go to him, please do me a favor and if he treats you like an annoyance, get a second opinion from someone who will answer your questions and whose not just in it for the money.

Dr. Molinero did my reconstructive surgery on my right shoulder. The surgery was done in sept, 2021. Since rehab and time for healing it has returned to full use and is actually better than before my injury. I am 63 years old and could not be more happy with my results. Dr. Molinero cares deeply about his patients health. Could not have had a more professional experience. I would recommend anyone with shoulder injuries to seek out Dr. Molinero.

The absolute rudest doctor I have ever encountered. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, I don't know how they can work with him. I would not even give him 1 star but it won't let me post the review without selecting a star level.
