Diagnosed and treated a serious nail Condition which could have led to a life threatening bacterial infection. I had seen 2 other podiatrists in Malta and Clifton Park... both left me with treatments causing a damaged Toenail eventually leading to almost total loss of the nail, continuous pain, no recognition of infections, and poor followup. Dr. March literally saved my life; if not caught just in time, I’m sure this infection would have spread throughout my body leading to hospitalization. He is a top notch, brilliant doctor who is a rarity. Don’t take a chance with your health and a drastic outcome which could be detrimental to your health. He is, thumbs up, the BEST IN THE CAPITAL REGION OF UPSTATE NEW YORK.
