Unprofessional
Every time I’ve been there they leave me waiting for hours very unprofessional in that office is always freezing, but they leave me sitting there in a room by myself for at least 45 minutes to an hour. And he’s never very nice.

Poor Attitude
Not authentic. Strange and impersonal doctor being alone with him. His wife seems too uncomfortable.

Redefining "Suck." If you like waiting for 3+ hours in a grossly unprofessional "doctor's office" then Dr. Lucero is for you! I you have no self-esteem and think a petty doctor's fevered ego is more important than your time/life then Dr. Lucero is for you! It's not just the staff that's rude and obnoxious, they just follow the Dr's lead. If you have any self worth you will see a real Dr., not Ken Lucero.

I first saw Dr. Lucero over a year ago on the recommendation of another patient. He understood my ongoing medical problem! Hooray! He has a very "down to earth" manner with his patients. He explains things without resorting only to medical terminology so that the patient understands what is going on with them. I highly recommend Dr. Lucero. His office staff is always helpful when I call the office.

Amazing how ppl only leave a review when they're unhappy. Well I'll be refreshing here & leave one cuz I'm very HAPPY w the care provided by Dr. Lucero. There may be a wait to see him but that's cuz he takes his time, explains & answers all concerns before he moves on to the next patient. We all matter to him. Unlike many Drs today he doesn't treat u like a number. He's outstanding in that sense. Staff will accommodate if u feel an urgency to be seen. Staff courteous professional but friendly.

I would have rated ZERO. Office staff are completely unprofessional and RUDE. Came in for a urinalysis test to detect a UTI on a Thursday, results came into the office on Friday... Waited ALL weekend, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday came and went without a word from the doctor or his nursing staff. I phoned and requested my results twice on Monday and then went into the office on Tuesday and still recieved ZERO assistance. Dr never went over antibiotic treatment, either. I will NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
