Dr.Lazarus and his staff are amazing! From the moment I step into the office, when I go into the exam room the nurse is super sweet and compassionate and listens to my every concern. Dr.Lazarus is currently helping me as I deal with chronic pains and headaches. I've had physicians dismiss my concerns but not him. He listens and I am blessed to have him and his staff on this journey to help me figure out what's going on and the right treatments. I've never experienced the level of compassion that he and his staff have shown me. I would definately recommend him to others.

Dr. Lazarus always tries his best to help me with my pain. Everybody that works there are the best. They have always taken care of whatever I need quickly. I have been going to Dt. Lazarus for almost twenty years. I have a lot of pain. No other doctor that I have been to even believed that I was in so much pain. I give him 5 stars for trying his best for me.

I have seen Dr. Lazarus for years, for treatment of an ongoing issue with spasticity in my right lower leg and ankle. He is always attentive, listening to me and answering any questions or concerns. He is kind and compassionate. His office staff and nurses are knowledgeable and always helpful. I saw him yesterday for injections in my leg, and he took time to discuss it with me, asked questions, and listened to me, as always. The nurse helping me, taking vital signs, and drawing up the injections was Cheryl. She was, as always, kind, compassionate, exceptional, and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Lazarus and his PA, Wallace Green, to anyone who needs a top-notch Neurologist. Dr. Lazarus is the best in his field and honestly cares about his patients.

I found Dr. Lazarus to be truly interested in my condition, explained to me about it, took time with me discussing it and talked about what tests he would like to run on me and why. The first time I had a neurologist that answered my questions without making me feel inferior or alone with my condition.

This doctor AND his staff are the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered. How they are even allowed to practice medicine, I don't know. You wait for HOURS in their waiting to see the doc for 5 minutes. Each visit is spent reviewing everything we just went over the last visit. Ask them to fill out forms? FORGET IT! They do that on Tuesday, no wait, Thursday, oops, I mean Friday. No! Monday! They are an absolute joke. Don't waste your time. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this office.

Dr, Laz is the rudest uncaring Dr. I have ever met. Plus he just walks out of the room leaving you hanging. I can`t believe he is still in buisness!! Now Dr. Wallace Green is a very proffesional, and a caring Dr. I would recommend him to anybody as he is not just a great Dr., but he does care about his patients. Also the staff is wonderful and they are always very polite. Tiffany is one off the sweetest nurses you will ever meet. I was a pryer patient with never an issue, yet he sent me away.

I will never refer or recommend anyone to ever see him. He was 2 hours late with my appointment. Once he entered the room, he never apologized for the inconvenience. Dr. Lazarus didn't even make eye contact. I was there for MRI and test results which he didn't show our go over with me. He acted as if I owed him something. This man is nothing but rude!!! I will not be going back.

DR. Lazarus helped me during the worst time of my life. HE was patient and supportive, even when he was going through a tough time himself. I used to hear him talk to his elderly dementia patients and he tried very hard to be emaphetic with their concerns even when he had to repeat himself a lot with them. HE is a brilliant man, but has a good heart and I sensed his patients were not just a paycheck to him. HE also had a great sense of humor. I admired his compassion for needy people.

Extremely rude and does not listen to what you have to say. We dove 2 1/2 hours today for appointment and he was not even there. They claim they called and sent a letter but we received nothing. Prescriptions will run out in 2 days and the best they could offer was to come back in 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and obvious they don't care. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone. I just wish I had read reviews before I wasted my time.

I always felt rushed and felt Dr.Lazarus was just prescribing meds w/o listening to me. He also made me feel stupid about side effects I was feeling from Topamax - like it was just a placebo effect. He also messed up one of my prescriptions so I wasn't taking a med I was suppose to be taking for like a month until I called and asked about it. The nurse also made me feel stupid when I asked about it and I never got an apology for their mistake. Also, EVERYTIME I call I get a voicemail.

He is horrible, rude and arrogant! I wouldn't refer a dog to him! He is not personable at all and is very sarcastic. He received a phone call during my appointment, was rude enough to answer AND walked out to never return! He never even gave me a definitive diagnosis! His nurse is loudand rude as well! His front office staffare very sweet though.
