PCP said find another Cardiologist
My teenage daughter was referred to Dr. Judson after an ER visit due to multiple days of tachycardia and syncopal episodes. She does not drink a lot of caffeine. He was nice and asked many questions but did not seem overly concerned. He also is a very touchy Dr and gets very close when talking to you which made her feel uncomfortable. He ordered some tests. His nurse practitioner, who she saw at the follow up appointment, seemed more concerned about her symptoms than he did. In the end, he said there was nothing wrong and it was normal for a very young woman to maintain a heart rate between 129 and 165 for multiple days and to pass out when standing up. He never felt the need to test for POTS. Staff was great and so was the CRNP.

Wonderful!
Dr. Judson is a great guy. He has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel at ease. He explained my condition (AFib) and what he and another cardiologist were doing to get the situation under control. My heart was back in rhythm in less than 12 hours. He is a high energy guy, however, he didn't seem to be in rush and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

This guy acts like he is on speed.
Office is very pleasant and staff seem efficient. But.....Dr. Judson spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me on an initial visit. He interrupted every time I tried to ask a question, didn't want to hear my concerns, refused to review all the information that my doctor sent with me to the appointment. All in all, I have one heart and had never had a heart history, so I will take my business elsewhere. If you're in a big hurry this may just be the doctor for you......

The Minute Man
I have seen Dr Judson 3, 4 times for an EKG, performed by his nurse. When he comes in, he is in the room for 1 Minute. I have to ask my medical questions as he is walking out the door him saying "okay see you next time". This time concerning my question he says as he is walking out the door, "well I don't know about that I will refer you to my associate", then in the hallway over his shoulder, "have a nice holiday." I hope he is better with his surgical patients. I am glad he is moving to another city.
