Dr. Kenneth Jones, MD

I saw Dr. Jones for hip pain. He was great. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Jones is knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr. Jones. He replaced my knee and have been pain free ever since.

I went to this man since he was the first appointment I could get after being hit in the shoulder by a door. He lifted my arm and said I didn't have a torn rotatar cuff. Turns out, after seeing several more doctors, I had to have a complete shoulder replacement. Do not waste your time with this doctor. He's one of the most uncaring people I have ever met.

Dr Jones saw my grandmother in the hospital. She had fallen 3 days before and dislocated her elbow. “Dr” Jones removed her hard splint she had been placed in in the ER after having the dislocation reduced and replaced it with an ace bandage and zero instruction as to how to care for it and said to follow up with him in a month. I decided against that and made her an appointment elsewhere where they discovered due to his arrogance and negligence her elbow had dislocated again. She is unable to use her right arm and is in a severe amount of pain. We should have listened to, literally, EVERYONE we know when they told us to stay away from him. He’s not even a good last resort, I would drive to Cleveland to find a Dr before I let him touch a member of my family again. Stay away from him at all costs.

I would not recommend. Seems to be a good surgeon, but certain office staff are very unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Physical Therapy did not receive instructions after being asked repeatedly. Don't expect a call from this doctor to discuss anything with you, it's not happening. And if you are looking for physicians that are honest, don't see this one.

He is very compassionate and explains the issues before and after surgery. I am young with bad knees and he continues to try and give me relief.

I have no idea how he has a rating this high. Went in with torn meniscus in right knee, ended up with 2 surgeries because he changed what he wanted to do in the middle of my first surgery, while I was under, botched it, ended up on crutches for 8 weeks instead of 2. I had nothing but problems for the next year with my knee, had to have a second surgery to do what he was supposed to do the first time. I've talked to several others with similar experiences.
