my daughter had a pain in her ankle. My wife took her to Dr. Jeffer's office. They took an x-ray. There was a very small fracture in one of the small bones. All Dr. did was give my wife a wrap so she can wrap the annkle and ask to purchase a booth from Amazon. They claim this was a treatment of an ankle and charging $1792 to my insurance, which I have to pay $530 of it. How is this fare?

Dr. Jeffers was funny and kind with my daughter. The office got us in and out quickly and efficiently. Definitely worth the 50 minute drive.

Unprofessional Medical Doctor
This doctor is very rude. My daughter came in pain to the office and he didn’t ask no questions as to the level she is in and just started touching the injured finger. When my daughter tried to tell him to not touch it he didn’t listen and just rambled about how he is the doctor etc etc. Would not allow you to speak and consistently interrupted you. Very unprofessional and didn’t not care to hear the chief complaint first before attempting to touch any part of her finger. When I grew upset he advised to me to not tell him how to speak or treat his patients. No one in this profession for children should not be this cruel and have no compassion. I give this doctors office a “0”

A blessing from Above
My daughter was born with a congenital leg discrepancy, I have seen many orthopedist surgeons ; most surgeons were rushing to operate her since she was 2. To our family, Dr. Jeffers is an Angel sent from above. He was the first one that took the time to really talk to us and explain the condition . His positive energy and compassion put my heart at peace. His expertise, knowledge and grace are unparalleled. I am thankful to God for putting Dr. Jeffers into my daughter’s life. I am forever grateful. My daughter had the leg lengthening surgery in January 2022, she is back at school, doing Gymnastics and being the happiest little girl . Thanks to Adelle, NP for being so supportive and caring . To all the staffs in the office, a huge thank you.

Dr. Jeffers was the best.
Not only did my son's surgery go better than planned, Dr. Jeffers and Nurse Practitioner Adelle were both fantastic and professional. They were available when we had questions and helped my son throughout his recovery. In addition, the staff at the Broward Health Medical Center were super kind and attentive. 10/10 all-around.

My daughter broke her arm, Dr Jeffers and his team make this experience a positive one. Very informative, and caring! We walked out of the office with smiles!!! 2nd visit the cast came off , his team gave us a lot of great information, and directions. I will recommend Dr Jeffers and his team to anyone in the state of Florida! Thank you for caring!

Dr. Jeffers did my son’s surgery after a baseball injury. Dr. Jeffers and his Nurse Practitioner are warm and caring with an excellent bedside manner. They listened to all the concerns my husband and I had and always answered any questions throughly. My son is completely healed because of Dr. Jeffers. I highly recommend him.

Dr Jeffers did surgery on my 8 year old daughters arm. She was in a cast for 6 weeks and she is now fully recovered and back to gymnastics. He did an awesome job and her scarring is minimal. I definitely recommend him and his nurse.

Scary at first because I was clueless in regards to what was going to happen but Dr. Jeffers saw my fears and totally clam me and my husband explained everything and more we couldn't be more happy to have him in our corner during this difficult journey.

Dr. Jeffers and his staff were kind and compassionate when we saw them for a fracture. They took the time to explain everything to my son and make him feel comfortable about the nature of his injury and treatment. We would definitely recommend him.

I would never refer this physician to anyone. Very poor bedside manner. Dr. Jeffers is harsh and rude. He told my daughter that her arm was deformed and implied that I was a bad mother. He also tried to belittle me for asking questions about his treatment plan. He proceeded to get defensive and his PA was very much in alignment with his bully tactics. Totally unacceptable. Also, the discharge paperwork had multiple typos and no letterhead. Very unprofessional to say the least.

I was very disappointed with the way we were billed for my daughter's ankle fracture. I was shocked to see an excessive bill code (Treatment of a fracture) for $700. For this added fee, he gave us instructions to get a BOOT FROM AMAZON, which we did. I eventually spoke to Dr. Jeffers in person. He AGREED that the bill was "EXCESSIVE", but said that he could not change a bill after submitted, b/c his practice is owned by Tenet. We did pay $700 for that boot as Tenet would not help either.

Poor bed side manners and rude. 1st question he asked. “What took you so long to take him to a Dr.” very rude. Lack of knowledge and facts regarding radiation protection for children. I am a Rad tech with 20 yrs of experience. Xray equipment very outdated. They had to repeat my son’s films. I agree to it but when I asked him why he was Xraying his entire spine and chest all the way down he said he likes to do it that way which made no sense and didn’t have a reason why Lack of knowledge in all

Dr. Jeffers and his and his physician assistance “Adelle” are absolutely the best. Actually his entire office is amazing. My five year old broke her elbow and had to have surgery. They treated us like family. I’m so grateful to have found them. Cast was removed today and she is doing great!
