Dr. Hoellein is an outstanding doctor and great person and should be rated a 5. Will someone please help his staff to understand the importance of scheduling and patient care. He is too good to be rated so low because of lack of staff support. It is not fair that I have to search for another doctor because I don't have two or three months to wait before I can get an appointment.

The staff never sent in referrals for two ultrasounds my brother had scheduled. They hung up on the ultrasound receptionist twice and had calls from patients going to an answering service. When we drove to the office to ask for a physical copy of the referrals we were told we would have to come back in a few hours for them. Terrible, terrible service and we will be looking for a new doctor because of this.
