He said I had a deviated septum and polyps that, after surgery, would fix or help my allergies and sinus infections. This was absolutely not the case. It was a very, very uncomfortable surgery and recovery, and the surgery center that I was sent to was very rude. His brochures extremely played-down the recovery experience and the amount of time it would take to feel better. And I still had allergies and sinus infections. Went to another doctor and realized I did not really need surgery. I should have seen an allergist first!

Very rude, unhelpful office staff
I just listened to a message from your office about cancelling my appointment with Dr. K tomorrow morning. They cancelled my appointment because I have seen other doctors in theirpractice, which is true. I began seeing Dr. Neumann a few years ago for my sinus issues, and he did the balloon procedure. This procedure did not help my chronic sinus problems, and seemed to escalated my issues. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Hodge. When I tried to schedule with him, the office told me that I could not see him bc I was Dr. Neumann's patient. Reluctantly they scheduled the appointment with Dr. Hodge, but told me that I could not do this again, which came across very non-caring and off-putting. I saw Dr. Hodge one time and he referred me to Dr. Ingram to discuss the Inspire procedure for my sleep apthea, knowing that my weight would not allow me to have this procedure. He also said that he trained Dr. Neumann and seemed very dismissive to me throughout my visit.

+ Surgery went ok, Scar small. ( nothing to compare to thought) negative. Dr did not make any follow up contact after surgery. He heavily suggested doing surgery at a surgery center, which was nice, but failed to mention that he had a financial interest. If you do have a problem, its probably best to be at a hospital! Communication with ENT was diabolical. Call leave a message, get a call back, but if your busy, you have to start again. It could take a week. Overall go somewhere else!

Dr. Hodge was the only doctor who was able to find the “primary” source of my cancer, which was squamous cell cancer, base of tongue. Because of his insight and his effort to have a second look, he probably saved me from what would have been a much broader radiation field which would have resulted in quite a bit more side effects. I will be forever grateful to him for going the extra mile on my behalf. He really sincerely seems to care about me and my recovery.

When we walked in the office, everyone was professional and welcoming! As for the 'best of the best' part- Dr. Hodge. He is by far the nicest, most competent, and caring doctor I have met in a long time! Very kid-friendly! My daughter had a concern. He answered her on a 10 year-old's level; she was comforted. I was in awe at the way I was treated but fell in love when I witnessed the care they took with my daughter! You've got it right Advanced ENT/ Dr. Hodge & staff!! Thank you - Mrs. Culberson

When my mother calls me crying stating that the office staff was rude to her, I had to call and see what was really going on. Honestly it breaks my heart to leave this review but the office staff...mainly the young lady in scheduling is very rude and insensitive. Dr. Hodge did a biopsy and found that my mother has lymphoma. My mother has been very emotional and upset so I have been trying to help her get the answers she needs but unfortunately, the office staff have been as rude to me as my mot
