Uncaring and Unprofessional Staff
This is not a place you would go to get care for by anyone. Starting at the front desk with Amanda (Nasty attitude, put you on hold and never come back to assist you) on down to LaShon (Clueless of everything pertaining to assisting people when the office is not operating correctly) on down to the doctor's assistance for prescription refills/nurse who never respond to you and least but last, the doctors (Lack of communication and care). To get HELP & CARE. I call my heart doctor and ER to get assistance. I have not been back to this office since COVID19 but twice. I go to ER when am sick and I get my blood work done that way. Please stay away from this place if you are sick. Seek another doctor's office. The worst place...

Dr. Kenneth Harper is an excellent physician. My husband made an emergency call after hours via Dr. Harper's answering service and Dr. assisted us with four calls and also 3-4 calls to our pharmacist to assure that my husband received the medication needed. Not many physicians would continue to call a pharmacy until they checked their message que, but like always, Dr. Harper follows through on his commitment even on the weekends, and that is the reason he is: THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!!! You need a doctor who will follow through and one you can trust. Many Thanks Dr. Harper!! The pharmacy FINALLY listened to their messages...

This office has absolutely no respect for their patients time. They setup an appointment at times when they know they're not going to be able to see you. You wait around for 30 minutes to an hours to get called back or once you're back for a doctor to see you. I've been a patient there for many years. I try to only see them at physical time. I go to the little clinic if I have an issue. Well, I've had it with their unprofessional service. Doctor Trent told me not to schedule a 1:30 PM appointment if I don't have time. I've been back there for over 30 minutes waiting. Why should it be so difficult? I can hear them chatting while I'm waiting. Ugh! Looking for a new primary

Harper & Associates lacks professionalism, and the treatment and care of patients is subpar. I've sent multiple requests for medical records, over an extended duration of time, for a client at my agency only for them to go unanswered. It's as if they are trying to hide information. If you care about your medical treatment, stay away.

While I love Dr. Harper, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. They lack professionalism and simply courtesy. They have very little to no follow up or follow through until you get face to face with them. I am sadden to have to right this review however something has to be done; they are running his patience away. Get Better please

Dr. Harper needs to get some professional staff. His current staff is not knowledgeable, have terrible attitudes and quiet frankly could care less if his patients return. On a recent visit I over heard nurses or medical staff calling patients on the phone and giving very personal and private results. I heard her call the persons name and then say what they had. That is totally unacceptable. That made me completely uncomfortable. The walls in the offices need to be cleaned or painted.

My son had been a patient for 3 years. He had an emergency and needed medical attention; and the doctor never responded to messages I left on the nurse line and with the receptionists. On my last attempt to get help, the receptionist told me to find another provider through my insurance company when I requested a referral to another doctor. I was disappointed because the service had been great in the past. I hope Dr. Harper is not aware of how I was treated.
