Submitted claim 10 months after service
Poor!! According to my claim Dr. Hardigan was involved in services performed at Dr. Bagai's order on 7/5/22. My Blue Cross EOB states a claim from Dr. Hardigan was received in May 2023. Dr. Hardigan is non-participating in my BCBS of Tennessee network. Therefore I must pay him $186. If he were participating I would owe him $40 at most. His billing office will not answer my calls. His office does not help. I plan to pay him 10% of his bill each month since he took 10 months to bill BCBS. I do NOT want any non-participating providers involved in my care!!

Mediocre at best, condescending at worst
The wait time was unbearable and the walls are incredibly thin so I could hear everything being said to the patients around me. I especially took notice of his nearly 30 minute conversation with a male patient about golf and other things unrelated to cardiovascular health and his 7 minute visit with a female patient whom he barely said anything to. When he finally saw me he attempted to breeze through the visit but I made him give me 15 minutes. He was also very condescending on several occasions and when I asked questions about my condition he would ask me what TV show I got that information from. Telling him that I'm a certified medical assistant finally knocked the wind out of his condescending sails and made him eat crow. However I was done and found a new physician.

My husband has been under cardiac care for almost 30 years. This is his third cardiologist. Dr. Hardigan is wonderful. You feel confident that he understands your issues immediately after meeting him. He answers questions in a direct manner while also interjecting a wry sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a cardiologist.

Dr. Hardigan and his staff was there for me to have my regular follow up , even in these times . They were caring , explained all procedures and saw me right away . They are the most professional team from the time you have an appointment to time of completion . Doctor Hardigan is very thorough and goes beyond to not only fix what you are experiencing , but figures out what caused the problem . His care is excellent . Everyone I speak to , I always refer Doctor Hardigan & Staff. Great people .

The visit was very nice and done in a very professional manner. Dr. Hardigan is very much a professional and he made the visit pleasant by listening to what I had to say and then offering very professional advise. The wait was shorter than most doctors waiting periods and all of his staff were polite and courteous.

Dr. Hardigan spent the time with my son and me explaining what his symptoms most likely indicated and how we would go forward with further tests. His humor put us at ease quickly and I am fully confident that he will find the underlying issue and address it if need be. Highly recommend Dr. Hardigan!
