This man called the cops on a civilized mother of three. He refused to provide service to me, for what reason I dont know. And two of his staff members was very rude to me, when I asked to see the policy on medicine. I was very calm and polite in asking why he wont see me, instead the cops were called on me. He picks and choose who he wants to help.

The best Dr. Grotz should be every young er doctors idol. Perfect bedside mannerisms and sincere compassionate doctor by far I have ever witnessed. If doctors, older too, could be half this man they would get the respect and prestige back they solely deserve for the effort they put in.Its a honor to be a doctor and not for the money.You love helping people.
