I called to make an appointment as a new insured patient, the lady that picked up the phone placed me on hold for 15 minutes then transferred me to a different person. This new person couldn’t book me an appointment and told me that someone would call me within the hour…however 3 hours later I called to check and the person repeated the same story. I never got the call. I’m actually happy that they showed their unprofessionalism upfront . I imagine that they do this to a lot more other people.

Dr. Kenneth Ewane is a no nonsense, bottom line up front, intelligent, morally sound doctor. He believes that a patient should not leave a hospital until all concerns and ailments are attended to. He does not waste time. I contacted Dr. Ewane approximately the last week of June reference my four year ailment. Upon hearing my situation, Dr. Ewane immediately scheduled my surgery for mid July, all within a three week period. He is a true professional and a definite credit to his profession. Doctor Ewane's staff and primary nurse are caring, understanding, professional, and a definite benefit to their career field. I visited more than 16 doctors during a four year period from year 2016 to year 2020. Dr. Ewane is the only doctor of his profession that immediately attended to my problem. The previous doctors all exhibited unethical and immoral behavior bordering upon blatant racism. Dr. Ewane's morality, ethics, and genuine concern, for the urological health of his patients, is unmatched.
