The doctor is always late; you will often sit in the room for over an hour waiting on the doctor. Doesn't matter what appointment slot you have. I have been a patient for over 22 years. So I have countless hours (days) waiting for my scheduled appointment time. I had to call and reschedule an appointment due to work changing our insurance and not having gotten any of the new insurance information. My appoint was on Tuesday at 3:30 PM. I called Monday around 8:30 am to cancel since I didn't have insurance. I was told my call was less than 24 hrs notice and I would be charged a fee. Of course they are not open on the weekends to call, and I still had more than 24 hrs before the call. The short of it is they have to many patients and don't care if they lose some. So it is ok for them to waste your time, and they make up policies on the fly. Somehow, calling 31 hours ahead doesn't count as 24-hour notice because it is a Monday.

Dr Davis has been my family doc for a lot of years and there is a reason for that. He and his staff are simply fantastic. They are thorough and they care. In my opinion you will not find a finer family medical practice.

I just love Dr Davis. He actually listens and takes action to help with whatever is going on with my health. He has a great staff and they work well together.
