My husband and were patients of Dr. Cohen for at least 10 to 15 years and absolutely hated when he left the Evergreen, Co practice. Can't think of one time we were not happy with him. We are shocked some people did not like him, can't think of one reason they wouldn't like him. Best doctor we have ever had!!

Outstanding Provider
For over 15 years Dr. Cohen provided outstanding healthcare, advice and considerate care. I was most interested in his passion and diligence in studying new modalities and treatments. He also communicates well and his feedback is consistently fast. I wish he still practiced in Evergreen or I'd still be his patient. My neighbor also feels the same way!

TERRIBLE. I was told that a committee at New West was in charge now of approvals or denials of referred medical procedures. I was further told that the CMO ( Dr. Cohen ) passed the final judgment on all procedures, which was what took so long, he had absolutely no knowledge of the patient. When my Biopsy was turned down Dr.Nancy Huff my Urologist got in touch with Dr. Cohen to discuss his turn down. Dr.Huff had me come into her office to witness the conversation on speakerphone. Cohen was insistent that I was too old for Dr.Huff to be concerned about Cancer or not. The conversation went on and on, finally, Dr. Cohen gave in with approval but cautioned Dr.Huff that he wouldn't allow this to happen again. I couldn't believe my ears listening to this conversation. Meanwhile, I had to live with do I or don't I. have Prostate Cancer because

Dr. Cohen is just about the finest family physician around. He's caring, attentive, patient and skilled. He's a life-preserver. I can't recommend him any more highly because they only gave me 5 stars to work with.

Dr. Cohen possesses an incredible knowledge base across most medical disciplines. He is also strongly linked to specialists who step-in and work with him on complex medical issues. His oversight of my health over the past twenty years clearly impacted my health and saved my life at least once. He is also an incredibly compassionate physician and listens carefully to his patients.

Dr. Cohen has an excellent manner with his patients. He is very knowledgeable of the advances in medicine, and he is an author for medial journals on the latest topics. This is very beneficial to the patients. Many of the urgent appointments will go to another person in the practice which as fine as they are all very good.

Great doctor...interceded two decades ago when a stage IV cancer nearly took me. There's something to be said for a guy who's 61 years old and stays as active as he does. Must be good medicine.

Dr. Cohen has been my PCP for twenty years. He is a great listener and thinks about what he wants to say before he says it. He has treated me for some bizarre rashes, kidney disease, an automobile accident, breast cancer and more. I trust his decision making and he stays current with new treatments and procedures.

Dr. Cohen is one of the most talented physicians I have had taking care of me. He is knowledgeable, he helped me to understand the big picture while presenting the positives and negative aspects of the procedure that I would considering. He listened carefully and intently to me which made me feel like he truly cared about my condition.

I believe this man spends his free time looking at himself in the mirror, or checking his financial statement - he certainly does not spend it learning about his patients. He spends little to no time with you at a visit, he fakes his interest in you and does at best a poor job of that. Steer clear if you don't want your permanent records corrupted or you truly are looking for a doc that cares about his patients more than he does himself.
