Everything great. See APRN most of time but last visit I was having more problems and he stopped what he was doing and saw me immediately.

Extremely rude
This dr was horribly rude. He wouldn’t look us in the eye. Terrible interpersonal skills. NEA Baptist, he shouldn’t represent your hospital

Dr. Chan was extremely rude. Never made eye contact through multiple visits. He prescribed a bipolar medicine for seizures which left me with severe problems with my short term memory loss, subsequently affecting my work. I will never go back.

Don't know if it was him or his staff, but was treated disreprecfully and he kept trying different meds, and you would have to wait a month or two to get back in for him to try something new that still wouldn't work after 4 months of this they never would call me back for appointment or help.. ?????? waste of my time and suffering..

Does not listen to legitimate concerns. Assumes the patient has no medical knowledge and is quick to push prescription drugs as answer to problem. No concern for rapidly progressing alarming issues.
