Dr. Kenneth Abjelina, MD

I saw Dr. Abjelina for 4 years for depression, anxiety, adhd. I was on 8 rxs under Dr.Abjelina & now 1 tapering off. He seems to be all about the money.He misdiagnosed me w/bipolar & put me on Latuda which obviously didn’t work.I found this out from 2 other psychiatrists who actually took the time to get to know me& didn’t treat me like a number. He barely makes eye contact w/you during appts, he just focuses on writing the scripts. I’ve been suffering w/mental health for 17 years and was so desperate for relief from my suffering I was in a fog. That’s why you need to watch out &be an advocate for yourself. Only YOU know your body bc YOU are the only one w/your body 24/7. So if you don’t advocate for yourself which I didn’t bc I was so stuck in my head, meds aren’t always the solution& some drs take advantage,lli20-30% of people that suffer from depression won’t benefit from antidepressants AT ALL & I’m one of them. My new psychiatrist is the one that informed me of it& I researched
