I wouldn’t be able to walk had I not seen this doc
Initially had surgery from another doctor who left me in shambles so bad that I really didn’t have hope, until I gave K. Ritchey a chance to do surgery on my foot. He rebuilt it completely and I couldn’t have been more pleased! He’s an honest man, a true professional in his field, kindhearted and a Godly person. I can’t speak highly of him and thank God for leading me his direction!

Despite being a longtime patient who was being seen regularly (every two weeks) by Dr. Kendale Ritchey for an ulcer on my left great toe, Dr. Ritchey failed to notice that the wound was getting bigger (not healing) and subsequently led to an infection that went to the bone. This led to painful surgery that permanently disfigured (shortened) my toe, hospitalization and six weeks of antibiotics treatment via peripherally inserted central catheter line. It was obviously invasive, incredibly stressful and entirely avoidable if Dr. Ritchey hadn’t absolutely failed in his job as a physician. To this day, I continue to suffer daily with pain and have to regularly visit a competent podiatrist to ensure that problems don’t recur so I can avoid amputation. As an aside, wait times for Dr. Ritchey for several years were routinely between 90 and 120 minutes. Also, Dr. Ritchey violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act by sharing information about another patient.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ritchey after a long relationship with a podiatrist in another state. Dr. Ritchey considered all my medical history before the procedure he did. I found him kind, knowledgeable, professional, skilled. And his staff from check-in until the time I left made my experience pleasant and as pain free as possible.

Excellent doctor & surgeon. Have worked in surgery with many podiatrists, but he is one of the best around(and I’m very picky since I’m a nurse).

I ended up with Dr. Ritchey via a hospital admittance, not my choice. I say I got more than lucky! Although he is no-nonsense, he is friendly and personable. He accepts patient input and explains procedures and expected outcomes clearly and although he doesn't waste time, he is thorough and takes the necessary time to do things right the first time. His office staff are kind and courteous and actually remember their patients. The nurses are gentle and efficient. Excellent service all around!

Dr Ritchey is amazing. He has performed bunionectomies on both of my feet and is an amazing surgeon who also has a great bedside manner. Your office wait may take a bit of time but that's because he spends time with his patients! I would trust no one else when it comes to my feet!

I became a patient of Dr Ritchey due to a injury to my foot, luckily he was on-call at the ER. He was fantastic from the first time I met him. He was wonderful to my wife and I throughout my week-long stay in the hospital. The follow-up office visits were easy, educational and relaxing. Definitely my favorite medical professional ever.
