Dr. Kendal Stiles, MD

Dr. Stiles is an emergency room doctor at Bayfront Health in Punta Gorda Florida. The name of the hospital has changed due to acquisition by another group. In early September 2021 the doctor attended to the patient for several minutes until the patient was admitted and moved into a normal room. In early October I received what looked like a collection agency statement for Dr. Stiles work. I called the number on the statement and provided detailed health insurance information. I contacted the insurance company and found that no claims were filed from Dr. Stiles. In November I received another statement regarding the doctors fee. I responded with insurance information again. In January 2022 I received a statement from a collection agency threatening to contact the credit reporting agency and that a negative report would be sent if I did not pay the bill even though we are fully insured. Apparently the doctor does not want to disclose his information to the insurance company.
