He saved my life
I moved here From another state and could not find a psychiatrist for a year. I was ready to end my life and made one last attempt to reach Dr. Weinstock, the Director of Petaluma Health Center Mental Healthcare. He answered my call!! He was able to straighten out my meds within a few months and address the root cause of my depression. I owe my life to him. He has good instincts.

Dr. Weinstock's conduct appears to be highly unprofessional, due to his frequent use of sarcasm and judgmental expressions. His behavior raises questions about his qualifications and competence. He is demeaning and arrogant.

Helpful Doctor
Dr. Weinstock is very down to earth. I look forward to my visits, whereas I usually get stressed around doctors because they ask so many form like questions. It's great to have a doctor who sees my need and trusts me. He takes the time with me and listens, whereas normally with other doctors I feel rushed as soon as the doctor walks in and then I'm out very quickly. Couldn't ask for anyone better.

Dr. Weinstock really listens
Dr. Weinstock really listens. He gets to the point of what is bothering you and comes up with pointed responses and constructive suggestions on how to deal with your life matters. He has a somewhat odd sense of humor but it doesn't impede his job as a really good psychiatrist. I definitely recommend Dr. Weinstock.

Dr. Weinstock is phenomenal! He attentively listened and understood my condition. I was delighted with his attitude. He took special care to use precise metaphors to assure me that he knew exactly what I have been struggling with. His jovial banter about the types of mental illness and treatment options made it easy to relate to without feeling like there was a heavy mood in the air. His concern for my treatment was evident as he assured me that he would work with me to get the right medication.

I had been diagnosed with ADHD as a teen, and Asperger's as an adult, approx 15 years prior to meeting with Dr. Weinstock. Dr. Weinstock presented in quite an adversarial fashion, and disputed both diagnoses. He made this assessment within 20 minutes of meeting me! His flippancy with these assertions shocked me. He said I wouldn't have been able to achieve college degrees with ADHD/Aspergers! I questioned his experience with Asperger's in adults, and he had NONE. RUN to another Dr.
