She came in the room looking at me with a mean face as if she did not want to be bothered with me. She was willing to make a medical decision without having all of my past medical documents first and when I refused to move on with her recommendation, she caught a attitude as if I didn’t have a right to refuse inappropriate medical treatment. I asked if their were any other imaging I could do because I took 2 EMG’s tests prior to our visit and those results was not accurate so I wanted to see what other imaging can be done and she ignored my request to have a understanding of those other options. She repeated herself and not address my concern of what are the other imaging tests were. I asked for a clinical manager at this point once I saw she was getting blowing her breathe and repeating herself and my question was never being answered. In my medical records she said that I was being very hostile and I had my wife on video chat the entire visit and I never raised my tone with anyone.

Absolutely terrible! She was so awfully mean, acted like I was stupid for not knowing everything about my brain condition, and degraded me my entire appointment. So disappointing, she should not be a doctor.

Dr. Satkowski has been fabulous as the neurologist overseeing my Myasthenia Gravis.

Had knowledge of my medical history on my first visit, was very well prepared. Answered every question so I could understand easily.
