Dr. Kelly Schmidt, MD

Dr. Schmidt operated and treated me in Las Vegas. She is highly skilled and very capable doctor. I will truly miss her, but I believe she is going on to better things.

Today I went to this neurosurgeon here in Vegas. I was very excited. I was told she was a great doctor. Couldn't even sleep last night hoping she'll be able to help me with my vision, my black outs, and my forgetfulness. Obviously things take time. I knew going in she would probably have to refer me to certain people, test will have to happen, and I would maybe do some exercises like memory cards or something, but no. She straight up told me that I will probably be like this this forever & said

Very rude staff i come for appt for my son and they ask me to call and request his records instead of having everything ready when i got there i left and will never return worst office worst dr in vegas that is the reason i took my son to ucla and will cont to do so if i need to

She is amazing did my fusion flawlessly, She is very kind and will do the best work

Dr Schmidt is the only doctor that has the expertise to manage my baclofen bump. Along with her PA Alison, they make the perfect team. I feel so very comfortable with them managing me! Besides that they are Awesome Ladies. Their office staff are so easy to work also. Thanks Megan. Mike S

My daughter was born with Spina Bifida and hydrocephalus and Dr Schmidt did an outstanding job on my daughters back surgery and her shunt surgery. She and her assistant are very very professional and informative with each step of care they did on my daughter I highly recommend Dr Schmidt to anyone who asks me for a neurologist. ??????

I had fusion of my C5 / C7 and Dr Schmidt has done an outstanding job. My surgery went well and I had no issues. She kept me informed of everything that was to take place before and after the surgery, I definitely recommend her!!!

I have had two spinal fusions with Dr Schmidt. L5/S1 and C6/C7 six years apart. Both surgeries went amazingly well and I had a full recovery on both. I'm able run, swim and lift like I could before. After the L5/S1 I expected to never run again, but I got back to 8 miles in an hour. I definitely recommend her!!!

She is very plain spoken. She gets what she wants when she wants it and I truly love her for that. She made my little girl walk properly again after an extremely delayed spina bifida diagnosis. She did not water down any of the information and sat with us while she answered all of our questions. She also does NOT sugar coat anything. She is amazing and she will be the only one that will EVER touch my daughter's spinal cord.
