profoundly disappointing
Dr. Grob defines her role as a pcp as helping patients with preventative care, so if you already have a problem, she is not interested in providing any level of diagnostic assistance. She did not given my records more than a cursory glance before meeting me and said she hadn’t had time to do so when I questioned why. I rated my pain level as high with the med tech, but Dr. Grob did not follow up to see where or why I was experiencing pain. She showed little curiosity and less compassion. Despite communicating my issues, Dr. Grob told me to make appointments with multiple specialists to seek a diagnosis. I followed up with a different pcp who solved my problem symptoms on the first visit by switching my medication.
