Dr. Kelly Glover, MD

We never use on-call service, but had a teen out of town, unable to seek medical care (outside of available hours). Unfortunately she was the on call doctor. She cut me off in the middle of my 3rd sentence. I wasn't even allowed to explain why I was calling in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. She was horribly rude and served absolutely no purpose. Total waste of time. Telehealth was infinitely more helpful than she could hope to be. Based on other reviews, this seems to be her norm.

I am extremely disappointed in how this doctor handled my situation and medical need for my family. I would never recommend her and I would refuse seeing her in the future.

We have always had a good experience with Dr Glover. We have never had any kind of excessive wait times as others are saying. Her nurse Sherry is also great. My son (6) has seen them both since he was born and just loves them. Dr Glover has always listened to my concerns and referred out to specialists anytime it was warranted.

After 2 years of fighting for my son at every turn I am done. She is always late by at least 30-45 minutes, then rushes you. She ignores issues that you bring up, but wants to argue about problems outside of her scope of practice. She shamed parents for taking a caring approach rather than ignoring their child. Things that she says are “nothing to worry about,” are very concerning to specialists. She has tried to remove my children’s diapers without seeking consent, which is a huge issue. When pushed for further testing for a pressing medical concern she said that her opinion was more valid than the NP that we saw at immediate care in the same network, simply because she is a MD and the other provider was a NP. She told us if we wanted further testing to find another doctor. We are doing so immediately.

Dr. Glover will never have the compassionate Dr/Patient relationship that Dr Freeman provided. I saw her after the original transition and was not impressed with interest in being my doctor. I left the practice for a couple years but decided to come back as there just weren’t any female MD’s in my local area. First visit back was ok. Second visit was for a followup from a visit to our local ER. She clearly made me feel like I was wasting her time. She just does not listen to you. It’s all business.

Just wants to treat with medicine doesn't get to the root of the problem.

Dr. Glover has been our family doctor for 10 years. She is kind, compassionate and very personable. We feel comfortable and absolutely confident with her.

I have very high regard for Dr. Glover and feel very confident in the care I receive from her. It isn't often when someone can say they are "at ease" when making a visit to a doctor but that is exactly how I feel in her care.

Not likely was charged for 2 visits on same day. A Medicare physical and another visit at same time. Coders charged the extra visit due to what they decide on reading doctor notes changing offices after 20 years with same doctor

I was sent home without treatment. I felt awful for days.

She is not the professional I trusted her to be. Would not recommend to my friends or family.
