Dr. Kelly is easily my most favorite doctor since my childhood pediatrician. She will always give every patient the same time and thoughtful interview/exam opportunity; never jumps to expensive or invasive tests if there's another option, and fully explains what she's thinking and considering - hitting the mark between too technical and talking down to a patient. She will give the patient options for DIY remedies (like lightweight PT), IF safe and IF the patient promises to follow through.

This office is the worst at calling in refills for medications, and no it's not narcotic medications. The pharmacy has to call 4-7 times before refills are approved. The office manager is no help as well. Guess it's time to report to to the medical board at Covenant.

If you want a lack of compassion, this is your doctor. If you want a lack of professionalism, go here. If you want a doctor who is rarely in the office, changes major medications w/out running blood tests, this is your doctor. She is always right because she has a god complex, and this is someone who misses a major diagnosis like takotsubo cardiomyopathy for almost a year, ruining a year of my life. They are impossible with messages. By the time it gets to the doctor it's completely wrong.

Dr. Kelly is the best doctor I have ever saw. She is very thorough and takes time to explain the information completely. She is great about letting you know what options you may have for treatment. Always allow plenty of time for your appointments. Dr. Caldwell-Chor will never rush a patient and this often gets her behind schedule. Just know that she will allow the same time and courtesy.

Dr. Caldwell- Chor is by far the best Physician I have ever seen. I never feel rushed and she always listens and takes her time with me, as if I am the only patient she has. It is very hard to find a PCP who actually cares and listens to their patients the way that Dr. Caldwell- Chor does. Her Medical Assistant Ida is amazing as well. Covenant is truly blessed to have Dr. Caldwell-Chor and Ida on their team!!

Dr. Chor is a phenomenal doctor who listens, has kind & compassionate bedside manners, follows up, gives advice on alternate options than MORE medications, is HONEST and considerate. She handles all of my PC, food allergies and some GYN. To those who have said she isn't in the office, that's because she is HUMAN and has a PERSONAL life - like we all do; when unavailable her staff and the PA are dependable. She's genuinely a caring Dr I don't feel rushed through like cattle, like other doctors.

I have a monthly prescription that has to be written out each month and I go to the office to pick it up and take it to the pharmacy myself. (Due to new laws on controlled substances). Every month it is a struggle to get my script. She doesn't had it ready for pick up or she's not in the office. She would not read my patient portal conversations & requests for my prescription to be left at the front. It has gotten so bad that I finally made a formal complaint against her to my health insurance.

I highly recommend Dr. Caldwell Chor for her professionalism and competence. She listens to patients and explains health issues with clarity and care. She interprets test results with certainty and has been on target with her diagnoses of my symptoms over the two years I've been seeing her. While aiming to stick to her daily schedule, she spends the time needed with each patient. As I see it, this is a good thing, even if it might put her behind schedule a bit.

dr Caldwell Chor is out of the office more than she is in the office. She has a lot of personal and family issues. She needs to become a PT dr or take a sabbatical from medicine and treating patients. I would not recommend her as a primary care physician.
