Not a fan!
Unfortunately, this isn’t a glowing review of Dr Hemmings. However, this is a WARNING to women in their 40s and 50s that she was not sensitive to my perimenopause issues! Dr. Hemmings was my PCP doctor for two years (I recently moved here and selected her from the ratings). My main concern during my annual checks was around increasing menopause symptoms. She responded that it was normal and I just needed to endure it. After being referred to another PCP by a coworker with similar issues, my new PCP’s approach was to check all my hormone levels and check for any vitamin deficiencies. Finally! I have relief from the hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, and other symptoms that were comprising my quality of living! Dr. Hemmings may be a good doctor for children but not for women in a phase of life that requires sensitivity to menopause or perimenopause (middle age)(in my humble opinion).

No bedside manner, very short
She was very short, acted rushed, even though I had a 7am appointment. No bedside manner.

An excellent experience!
My initial visit was excellent. Dr Hemmings was very patient and explained everything very clearly. I couldn’t have been more pleased with a first experience.
