Every visit dr. Boggan records in depth information about my baby, how I feed my baby, how much breastmilk I feed her, hpw long, on and on. She asks if I do anything to effect my baby loke smoke and of course would never allow me to take anything that would adversely effect my baby through breast milk. I am a recovering addict and I have been clean for 5 years now because I stay in testament to help me be the best person and more importantly mom I can be. For insurance to pay for this and for me to get the proper treatment that is required of breastfeeding moms, I have to have an updated note stating I am breastfeeding. Kelly Boggan refused to give me the information that I have stated I am breastfeeding in a signed note this time. She got tired of dealing with my problems as her nurse told me. Even though this is information they require of me and not getting the note directly effects my baby. As I am crying trying to explain this the burse told me dr boggan doesn't want to hear about
