Office management is absolutely horrible. I waited months for my appointment and then they made me reschedule but told me the wrong day. When I came in they said my appointment had been the day before and could not work me in for 6 months. Go anywhere else. They do not care about you. Would not work me in and tried to blame me for their error. Probably for the best because a good doctor would take better care of their patients.

I have to wait how long?
She saved my sister's life. So when mine was in jeopardy, I thought, I'll go see her. I saw her once. Tried to call to schedule another visit. Today is April 6th. I was told, "Dr Lane doesn't have any availability until November 2022." What? You expect patients to wait 7 months for treatment for the organ that decides life or death? No, thanks. I'll start my search over again.

Dr. Lane is a fantastic doctor. She talks to you and explains test results. She answers questions in words I understand. When you are in the exam room, you are her only patient.

DR LANE SAVED MY LIFE ON FEB18. HSD STRESS TEST NOT GOOD SHE HAD DR WATTS IN MY ROOM BEFORE I COULD LEAVE GOING TO DUE TRIPLE BY-PASS NEXT MORNING I TOLD THEM I HAD TO GET THINGS IN ORDER SHE SAID NEXT WEEK OR ELSE TOLD ME TO WEAR NITRO PATCHS 24HRS A DAY TILL BY-PASS SHEA VERY SWEET AN CARING SHE SAVED MY LIFE I HIGHLY RECOMMAND DR LANE THANK YOU BENJIE TRIMMIER

I lost both of my parents to heart attacks I started seeing Dr. Lane after my 1st visit I started having chest pains Dr. Lane ordered me to have a nuclear stress test which I did on April 18 I was told I would have my results back in a week but no later than 2 so here it is May 5th and nothing. I have called the office only to be transferred to the voice mail of Ken, Megan and Christy I did receive a call but was told Dr. Lane is backed up and hasn't had a chance to read my results

Dr. Lane is one the only doctors that I have seen in the last 25 years that will take the time to explain everything to me. She talks to me in a language that I can understand.

I would never recommend anyone seeing her. After dealing with her treating a family member of mine I am positive Dr.Lane and her assisting staff are the most incompetent in Augusta.
