I found Dr. Keller to be very pleasant to talk to . She listened to my concerns and acted just the way I believe a Doctor should. She was easy to talk to & promised to find an answer to my questions if she didn't know.

She is one of the worst doctors I have ever tried to deal with. NEVER returned a call over months worth of trying to get services for my mother from her. She made you jump through hoops for the simplest of matters. SO GLAD SHE IS GONE FROM WEST LIBERTY!

Dr Keller left a very good impression on me as to how great of a doctor she is, yet she communicated with me on a personal level as a trusted friend. She is very down to earth and you are immediately comfortable discussing your medical problems with her. Very good and thorough dr.
