Been with Dr. Williams for years, he is knowledgeable and a reasonable guy. I see these 1 star reviews and they just don't hold water. They seem to focus on the fact they couldn't get in right away without a physicians referral and blame him because they can't get their scripts filled. Look its really hard living in the position we are in. Dealing with chronic pain year after year is depressing and full of anxiety about being able to get them. I know, I've been through the pharmacy issues and insurance denials every couple months and scheduling. We all need to also try and understand how difficult it is dealing with all of our needs which are significantly more than a PCP office. These girls do not deserve nor will they nor should be yelled at and belittled by someone who isn't even a patient yet. I have been with his office for over 5 yrs and I have co-morbidities that are difficult to work around and the girls are great. Treat them the way you want to be treated.

Dr Keith & Natalie are both very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been with him for 5 years and actually saved me from a knee replacement. Dr Keith gave me a 4 week injection,,, can't remember what its called, but it was a miracle. No more Knee pain.

I left a review in 2016 and I am still with him. NO change in my comments and patients don't stay with a bad doctor for five years! I went in last year with excruciating pain, limited to a wheelchair, and he gave me my first cortisone shot. I didn't feel a thing from the shot and my back has been almost as good as it has been for the past 35 years within a day or two.

Please be aware that NO WalMart will fill a prescription from this doctor. I can't find another pharmacy that will fill it. They are telling me to go to Walmart because they only have enough pain meds for their customers. I called the doctor's office and they told me it was not their problem. The staff is rude and very abrupt. Waste of money and time.

I'm new to the area and was recommended to Dr. Williams. I called for 2 days saying I'm in terrible pain. Finally spoke to receptionist who told me they need my records before giving me appt. I explained I had 3 cervical spine surgeries and I had the cd's of MRI ct scan and others. No good. What! I said I'm in severe pain and she said it would be a few weeks anyway. I complained that they have a prompt for same day appt. She went on to say if I'm not nice to her she won't help me!

Dr. Williams is knowledgeable and has helped my condition. However his $1000.00 dollar drug testing for pain meds is over the top. He not only tests for opiates that you take, but angel dust,, marijuana, barbits, and 10 other drugs. I am 60. Really. This is a for profit tactic. Beware.... The only necessary test should be for the opiate you are taking, to be sure you are taking it. There should be investigations into our Gov. And Millennium Group.
