He is rushed and it shows, he whipped over the sleep report, he speed talks, his staff is not friendly, the lady that set up the follow up couldnt figure that I already had another appointment, When i got home and checked my calendar and called her attitude , was well which one do you want? I sent a fax to dr swartz about the concern re: aero care, at the appt I was instructed to foll up w/ aero, there were waiting on an rx from from swartz, i foll up later it turns out it was a dup order.,as far as the fax Im being ignored. Not happy

Poor communication and unwilling to discuss issues
Went to see Dr Swartz for sleep issues and was told that he was a sleep doctor. Got there and was put through extensive ENT testing...but no mention of sleep. After pointing out I wasn't there for sinus issues, I was told I needed a CPAP. I asked why and was given vague half-answers and told that anyone with sleep issues needs one. Apparently...at least as he explained it...everyone who has ever had sleep issues has apnea. I might have it, but he couldn't actually explain how he would treat it or get into the study beyond 'get a cpap because I said to'. Very awful first impression. I'm hoping he was just having an off day, but I won't go back.

Staff terrible. Dr Swartz s ego off charts
Dr not responsive to patients needs. Shows little or no concerns for patients issues. Staff completely indifferent to patientFind someone else. Do not waste the 3 months you have to wait for a meaningless appointment. Most patient portals help with communication, in their case it's used to add layers between patient and medical team making communication more difficult

TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF
What is going on here!?! I contacted these people in February but never heard anything. My husband FINALLY got an appointment in May, they did NOTHING and he was told ''we'll follow up''. They of course did not. My Husband sends messages like, when his throat closed, never heard back. Leaves voice mails, to find out what the Inspire Rep said because they didn't follow up like they said they would. Calls to scheduled follow-up appointment because you guessed it! They DO NOT follow up! He FINALLY got another appointment scheduled, THEY canceled it, he called to get it rescheduled, and once again no follow-up. They call him today to see if he is going to make it to the appointment that THEY canceled. What in the actual heck is going on!?! These people DO NOT CARE!!!

Was told that everything was fine with sinus. I went to a second doctor and had a deviated septum. Not a good doctor or trustworthy. He also told me that there is no cure. Lol

My advice for you is to choose a different Doctor. I have had 19 surgeries and 12 broken bones, so I am no stranger to doctors and how most of them treat their patients. I went to see Dr. Swartz for the Inspire Sleep therapy device. This is a relatively new procedure so I would have expected to be educated throughout the process. I was for the most part sent off on my own to research and learn how to use the device. While I was shown how to turn on and off the device, I was NOT educated about what to expect. I had issues off the bat with how I was treated. Next to impossible to get a hold of staff, and the Doctor never felt it was necessary to follow up with me. When I first met Dr Swartz, I was very impressed with his manner, but I quickly learned that the apple did not fall far from the tree...so to speak. My insurance company was billed over $250,000 for the procedure, yet they were more concerned about $100 past due bill than making sure I was educated and taken care of.

Dr Swartz was uncaring, arrogant and failed to provide any meaningful medical service. I would advise prospective patients to look elsewhere! This is my first ever 1 star review of a medical professional so I don’t leave this review lightly.

A few years ago we took our 6 year old son to see Dr. Swartz. He had been having a series of ear infections and was diagnosed with a possible tumor by a pediatric ENT. With no advise, constant ER visits, and terrified, we found Dr. Swartz. He immediately took action to find out exactly what was going on. After figuring out the true diagnosis, he referred us to a specialist who saved our son’s hearing and possibly his life due to the severity of his condition. Thank you to Dr. Swartz, truly.

The office staff is so quick in attending the patient, I was called even before my appointment time. Jacob the physician's assistant is so attentive and very respectful, very nice young man. This is my first visit with Dr. Swartz clinic and I like the way the staff and doctor's treatment. So far SO good. I was able to go back to work a day after my visit because he was able to diagnose and give the right meds.
