Dr. Ratcliff doesn't act like he is a hurry to get to the next patient. He actually listens and you don't feel rushed. I haven't seen him since he left MERCY physician's but I plan to.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Ratcliff?
i sat in their waiting room for 1.5 hours till i finally got to go see the doctor, bc they forgot to check me in, even though i sat right in front of the receptionist desk. and he was checking my MRI for my tumor and failed to tell me that it had shrank so much over the years that it was gone, thats information you should tell a patient! i will never recommended him! and he also cut me off on me telling him what was wrong with me bc i ran out of time ( i was a new patient and he gave me 15min.
