Dr. Keith Patterson, DO

Absolute worst care I’ve ever received by a primary care, won’t even take a 2min call to hear you out, I won’t get into the details but he even fired as a patient after he took a temper tantrum about me taking my meds as needed just like it says on the bottle. If you are looking at having him as your new primary care doctor I urge you to look elsewhere.

Doc is always professional and keeps me on track, Doc would be the best person to share a foxhole with when the scat was hitting the fan.

Dr. Patterson listens to me and talks to me in order to address any concerns I may have. He is very patient when asking questions to better evaluate my medical needs. He does not tell me I need a test, shot or procedure without explaining why he feels it would be beneficial for me. Dr. Patterson is truly a pleasant, CARING Physician and I am glad he is my Physician.

Dr. Patterson listened to me and addressed all my issues. His staff was very friendly too. He is now my PCP doctor for everything. I feel at ease with him and that makes a big difference. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home doctor.

Long waits every time in the lobby and in patients room. Front ladies are rude. Always takes a week to get you in and they never call back about refills until days later. I would recommend him to anyone.

My family has always received great care at Bailey Medical Center/Utica Park Clinic, but Dr. Patterson is the exception to thorough care and accurate billing. I certainly would recommend finding another physician.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr. To my worst enemy. He doesn't listen and he doesn't explain what is wrong with you when prescribing medication. He acts like he has a God complex and you are beneath him. He prescribed me medication for something I didn't have and the side effects had long lasting bad effects on me. I sure wish I had known his health grades before making him my primary. He also diagnosed me wrong on 2 separate visits which ended up in 2 emergency room visits. He is also rude

He entered several major errors into my record and has not responded to my requests to make corrections. He misrepresented my suggestions for losing weight and reversing diabetes. He incorrectly summarized long-ago events without knowing the facts.
