No name tags and I did not see Dr Myrick.
No one wore name tags. It was impossible to know who the staff were. Jolene was pleasant but she was the only one. The front desk staff were either rude or uninspired. I was asked to sign hippa, financial and consent form without reading. I am pretty sure that is violation of the purpose of the forms. It was my first visit. I did not see Dr.Myrick. I was given to another doctor. Who came into the room and did not introduce himself. He shave a wart on my foot with the shavings falling on the floor. He did wear gloves but did not wash his hands. Dr. Myrick I was told was a stellar physician. There are opportunities for improvement with this practice.

Not fully knowledgeable about surgery procedure. Certainly not what I expected. Just be sure you know what's going on before you have it done.

Dr. Myrick and his staff are wonderful. By the time I had my first appointment, I was very discouraged. Once meeting Dr. Myrick and speaking to him, I was instantly at ease. For once in several months of treatment of a broken foot, I finally felt like someone was listening. In fact, he found two fractures. I was scheduled for surgery, and he fixed it. Just like that! I had been off work for nearly a year, because it was too painful to walk. I had been in a boot, cast, crutches and wheelchair. Steroid shots, x-ray after x-ray and MRI. I wished I had gotten to him sooner, because he is truly amazing and he gets right to it.

I went to another specialist who told me that i just had flat feet and a bone spur he told me to wear inserts so i did but it didn't work so i went to the ER they sent me to Dr. Myrick he dug deeper and found out what was really wrong we tried the boot but it didn't work so he said surgery is the next step i already trusted him from years prior when he fixed my mothers problem so i healed and my pain level has gone down tremendously i would recommend him to everyone i would not go anyone else

Dr. Myrick's office refused to provide me with an itemized bill of services prior to making a payment on my account balance. I knew something was not right but I paid my balance because I didn't want to cause conflict. I should have listened to my gut because they charged me $275 for a brace that would cost me $20 at any store. They refused to allow me to return the brace (unused) bc once you leave the office then you can't return it which is why they would not explain the charges prior.

1st visit, over 3hr wait. 2nd visit, called ahead & told no delays. After 40min told another 2-3hr wait. Left. Returned to pick up X-rays to go elsewhere. Told couldn't p/u. Have to sign and pay 18$ per sheet and take 1-2 weeks. Horrible experience. Would not recommend
