Operated on both my feet. Amazing Dr! His assistant Kristi is wonderful. Both surgeries went well and the healing process easy. I highly recommend him. Blessed he was my surgeon.

I’m impressed that I have searched for help over and over and finally found Dr Jacobson and in 3 months I am almost 90% better!!

I have never had issue with Advanced Orthopedics but with one doctor and sadly I seem to go a lot to this place. He likes the non invasive route first which I prefer over someone saying you have to have surgery. Great personality which to me is important to like the person and knew what the issue was and explained it to be able to understand it, not a lot of medical talk, just simple. I will go back to any of the doctors I have seen at this place and luckily the one that was an issue no longer works for them.

Foot surgery to remove bone spur, my 3rd treatment with Dr. Jacobson for ankle or foot. As always, he was kind and listens. The level of care is amazing. Dr. Jacobson and his staff have cared for me the past 6 years with surgeries, bone health and PT. Would highly recommend.

Back for my 6 week post op of right foot non union Jones fracture surgery. As always Dr Jacobsen made me feel at ease. He is such a caring and down to earth man. Thank you so much for your care and expertise!

After seeing 8 different doctors in 2 states I finally found Dr. Keith Jacobson at OCC. He provided me with good and not so good information, however we are finally getting somewhere with correcting my condition. Dr. Jacobson and his staff are the very best in all aspects of his practice.

So here's the thing. Before I met Dr. Jacobsen or knew he was the doctor, I passed him on my crutches, and he made a sarcastic comment that 'wow, you're doing a great job of not putting weight on that.' I remember thinking...I hope that guy isn't my doctor. He was...not that he ever actually introduced himself.He does seem to be knowledgeable, and his assessment and plan seem to be sound. He gave me a boot (well, someone else did) without explaining why or how often I was supposed to wear it. I have a CT pending, which I think is a good thing (waiting a week for it isn't acceptable, though) but overall the whole visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

So interesting....initial apptmt, Dr. J was rude and dismissive, I was angry. But next apptmt, he was a totally different person; kind, caring and informative. Maybe he was just having a bad day that first time. I would see him again if needed

Broken ankle. He is kind and you don’t feel rushed. It feels like he does care about you. My husband agrees and would choose him if he ever broke his foot or ankle.

Office is super nice as is all the staff. Wait times aren’t bad at all. But Dr. Jacobson was incredibly rude and dismissive of my pain, inaccurately diagnosed me (found out after seeking 2nd opinion) and would have spent less than 30 seconds with me if I hadn’t stopped him by asking questions that he dismissed with flippant answers. Unless you’re having surgery and he can make $$$ off of you he doesn’t care.

Dr Jacobson was very informative, explaining everything throughly and answering every question.

A pleasant mannered gentleman who is knowledgable and thorough in his profession.He is a busy man, one has to be prepared for all questions to get answers from him in a short time.He recommended a bone healer ultrasound machine from exogen to me. As per video on the use of device, the exact spot of the fracture needed to be marked. I wrote an email to him on OCC platform followed by an voice message on OCC general number to enquire if I could come for this marking without appointment or do I need to take an appointment. I did not receive any reply for two days when I am writing this comment. I would request him to device a system for patients to reach him or his staff for urgent clarifications, if any.

Excellent experience. Dr Jacobson, after X-rays and thorough examination of my foot, diagnosed the cause of my problem and clearly explained everything in layman's terms using diagrams and pictures and detailed my treatment options. My experience with Dr Jacobson has built up a high level of trust in his knowledge and skills as a physician.

Bedside manner is excellent and goes above and beyond to explain what is going on with my area of concern.

Diagnose my condition very quickly and gave me my options after going over them with me. My surgery went great, he repaired my Achilles tendon. Him and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best dr I’ve ever seen! After dealing with unknown pain in my feet for over 7 years and having every primary care dr tell me I’m fine or blame it on me being a little overweight, etc. I went to see Dr Jacobson. He listened and knew right away what was wrong (surprise it wasn’t due to weight). His Imagining confirmed my diagnosis and I finally am receiving treatment for the pain. I have hope again. The treatments are working, I can walk again. He’s giving me back my life! Not only is he competent but his bedside manner is exemplary!

Dr. Jacobson repaired a torn Achilles in Oct, 2021. According to Dr. Jacobson, the surgery went well, but after several follow up visits the stiches were removed but the wound never healed due to a deep infection that had also spread to the bone. Dr. Jacobson did not take the infection seriously so I switched to another Orthopedic Dr. who immediately referred me to the Limb Restoration Team at UC Health. After five additional surgeries to clean up the wound, treat the infections and remove the new tendon the doctors were able to save my foot. I still walk with an extensive limp which has caused ongoing issues with my entire left side of my body and has required me to take PT for a total of 2 plus years. I understand that surgeries like this have complications but had Dr. Jacobson taken my situation more seriously I would not be condition I am in today. His response was 'I guess you are my 1 in a 100', which apparently is the general complication rate for this type of surgery!
