excisional biopsy done.They sent me home with NO wound care instructions.I assumed they weren’t needed.I Ended up calling for biopsy results after 2 weeks of radio silence to then be chastised for not following the wound care instructions….that they NEVER provided.Went to urgent care since wound was infected and prescribed antibiotics.Horrible way to treat a patient.Will not go back and do not recommend them.

Harris Dermatology promotes their services as "specializing in detecting, treating and preventing skin cancer. . . Our core strengths are in the expert treatment of all forms of skin cancer." So, I was surprised when Harris Dermatology did not discuss the effectiveness, risks, or side effects of treatment options for actinic keratosis (precancer) but rather only suggested I choose one option because it would make me "look younger." When I stated that I needed to do research on the options to determine which was best for me, I was told that I had to make my decision before leaving the office because it "had to be noted in my chart." I was also told that liquid nitrogen was not available as a treatment option even though it is listed on their website. Finally, I was surprised that the office tried to collect money for my examination when they knew my deductible had been met and that the services were fully covered by my insurance. The staff member said that she had checked my insuranc
