Dr. Keisha Bryant, MD

Tried to give this office a chance the wait time is excessive and the communication btw patient and doctor or np is lacking. Waited on a 5:15 appointment till 07:38 and still did not even have an idea when i would have been seen by the np. The office staff needs to be reevaluated on the process of doctor to client relations. Basic appointment scheduling should not be this hard to navigate.

I was excited to find an African-American female primary care physician right in my community. I have given her office chance after chance; however, they continue to disappoint. The office staff is unorganized and extremely unresponsive. They do not return phone calls and almost never pick up the phone in either office. Dr. Bryant provided me with a direct text number when I expressed my disappointment. I have sent several texts directly to the doctor almost 3 weeks ago requesting a much-needed sleep study, and still no response. They have messed up my prescriptions on many occasions, and these are for my blood pressure and my anxiety meds, which both are very important. I have tried to hang on, but this last incident is the last straw. It is a shame, especially when you are trying to patronize African-American physicians. Hopefully, Dr. Bryant will equip herself with a more proficient staff, but I have procured an appointment with another physician after a disappointing performance fr
