Doesn’t care about patients
Very Unpleased with the care received by Dr Correa. As a parent being in the ER is tough seeing your kids bent over in stomach pain and running a fever . And to have a doctor come in and act like you’re burdening them to do a job. Dr Correa did not listen to a thing I was saying, and continued to talk over me and down play everything I said . 1 star for her !!

Dismissive and rude
My child spiked a 105 fever late at night that would not stop. He was also hallucinating and coughing until he would be sick. By the time Dr Pagan came into the ER room the fever had come down to 102 thanks to the acetaminophen we gave him when we were trying to cool him. She spoke condescendingly to us and told us it wasn't 105 and that we should just calm down and give him cold water. She never once spoke to my child directly and she didn't even touch him. She left the room and never came back. The nurses did a bunch of swabs and we found out the following day that he had Influenza. He ended up needing respiratory meds and was treated at another facility by a compassionate physician when the high fever returned.

Doesn’t Care Enough to Listen!
All we were was a number on her charts in the ER! She didn’t want to do anything extra than walk in, check our sons chest since he has RSV and watch his O2 Levels. Got sent by TWO doctors to the ER because my sons stats were low in the 80s and they would vary. All she cared about was that it wasn’t “that bad”. And when the Respiratory Therapist told her he needs Oxygen and needs to be admitted, she walks in and the first thing she says to my son and wife and I was “well I guess you got your ticket to our Hospital”. Never again will I let this women treat my son! Shameful to be like that while working with kids!
