Dr. Kayla Flores, MD

I was disappointed with Dr. Flores. After doing research and watching interviews, I thought she would be a good fit. However, I found her cold and detached. She did not actively listen to my concerns and seemed personally offended when I questioned her medication recommendation because of the side effects I was experiencing. She accused me of not caring about my health. I stopped seeing her after about three visits. The only good thing that came of it was her referral to an excellent surgeon. I would definitely not recommend her as a physician.

When I got off of my parent's insurance to my own, I was nervous about finding a doctor I liked instead of just going where my parents told me. Dr. Flores has always been kind and listens to your issues. She is easy to talk to and I have had no issues with her. I would highly recommend.

Like how everyone in the Clinic is nice and the provider is understanding, and she is willing listen and nor rush everything and willing to go over things that Even I forget and remind me things again.
