Dr Allen performed most surgery on my left ear. She was very informative of what she was doing. Was very compassionate during the surgery. Afterwards she was concerned about your well being. I highly recommend Dr. Allen and her nurses were fantastic as well.

I think Dr Allen is competent and personable but had communication issues with her. Most serious was that I wasn't told that my biopsy didn't conclusively indicate that Mohs surgery was absolutely necessary until I was at my surgery appt. I was also offered 3 wound closure options, only had 1 level of Mohs, but then was told that she wasn't able to do the option I select at wound closure time. I felt rushed into 2 significant decisions and in hindsight would do things differently.
