Best doctor in town!!
I was hesitant to start with Kaiser after reading some reviews about the quality of care there, but I think that’s it’s really based on your provider because my experience has been nothing but positive. Dr McKelley takes the time to really listen and the care I receive from her makes me feel like she’s truly invested in my mental and physical health. I’ve had a few colleagues ask for recommendations for Family Medicine doctors in the South Riverside area and she is the only doctor I recommend!

Dr. Balido is AMAZING! She is the best doctor I have come across. She is so attentive and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend her and I am so happy to finally find a physician who provides focused, attentive, genuine care!

Worst doctor/human being I have ever encountered. If I could leave her negative stars I would. After leaving a PPO, I liked the one stop shop of Kaiser but after meeting Dr. Balido i truly felt like my life was in danger. She spent zero time with me & was a huge condescending waste of time as a dr. I cannot wait to leave this HMO. The nurses though were amazing it's sad that the dr I was assigned was so horrid. She prescribed meds i took for one week that almost killed me. Worst. Dr. Ever.
