Office staff is friendly, Dr Allen was great. Definitely a great choice

Doctor Allen is one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met. She is very thorough. For all the haters out there, sure there is a long wait but can you find a better Gynecologist? I think it’s worth waiting in my opinion.

Did not have a chance even to see a doctor. Was denied appointment by the receptionist, even though had a referral by my primary care doctor and was confirmed by my insurance! Never had so rude dismissive and disrespectful attitude from a health care provider in my entire life. I’m a health care provider myself and can not wrap my head around this type of treatment. Shame! Note to the doctor: “Dear Dr. Allen. Your front office is a reflection and a face of your practice. Take action to discipline and train your staff to have at least a basic level of work ethics”.

Dr Allen is extremely thorough and very compassionate. Her friendly approach gives the comfort you need to share sensitive and personal information. From the moment you meet her you will be assured that the approach and care decisions are sound. Glad to have her as a part of my health team. It is always hard to find trust-worthy and caring doctors.

This place is so unprofessional and the staff is rude. I was told by a nurse I needed a procedure, I refused the procedure and asked to have Katrina Allen call me so I could discuss other options.(I've had the procedure before with a bad reaction) I never received a call, but recieved a dismissal notice stating it be in their best interest if I went somewhere else. I called to ask why I was being dismissed from the office and was told its because I refused the procedure, with a rude tone. Im beyond pissed that they can actually dissmiss you for refusing and asking for other options. I would definitely look for someone/somewhere else for your care, because it seems like they are all about the money and not actually caring for their patients.

I used Dr Allen for the birth of my first child, then we moved away. She is kind, smart and reasonable. She supported me in my athletic endeavors while pregnant (not being overly fussy or silly like a lot of other doctors). While she does many C-sections, she also supported my desire to have a vaginal birth without interventions. She was patient when pushing took 3.5 hrs+ and didn't subject me to unfounded silly timelines.

Dr. Allen and her nurse Seagle are everything. She delivered my first child as healthy as can be and with as many times as I’ve called with my secon she is always available, timely, and returns my calls immediately. I feel like they’re an extension of my family. In the past the waits were long so i can see why people would complain but the bedside assistance has been so amazing that I kept going (and not to mention she delivered my daughter very healthy). The one time I saw Dr Allen, she was 1.5 hours late for my appointment and never appt Logitech. The staff is rude, they’ve hung up on me more than once. I do NOT recommend this office. No one wants to be here, and they all seem miserable.

I was prescribed a medication. The only reason I know this is because I received a call from Walgreens alerting me to this fact. I then sent a message to the office via the Patient Portal telling them that I received a notification from Walgreens about a prescription I knew nothing about or why I had even been prescribed it. The Patient Portal is SUPPOSED to be convenient in that it alleviates communication difficulties due to conflicting schedules from both parties. 3wks - I still know nothing.

I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Both Dr. Allen and her assistant were welcoming and knowledgeable. They took time to ask me questions and didn't mind answering mine. I felt safe and I will return for future healthcare needs.

The first complaint I have is her assistant. She is VERY rude and always has an attitude. She does not explain anything to you and expects you to know all about healthcare. I have made appointments for my checkup the wait time has been over an hour. I've showed up 30 minutes early to the next one hoping to see me on time but I ended up waiting in the office for a hour and 45 minutes just to go sit in the room. Every appointment I have made takes about 2.5 hours just for a Dr. visit.
