I love Dr Byrd Miles. I don’t live in the area anymore, but when I come into town, I make sure that I scheduled an appointment to see her. She performs laser hair removal and occasional mole/skin tag removal. I also will consult with her if my skin breaks out. She’ll only prescribe medicine when absolutely necessary. Otherwise she’ll recommend over-the-counter remedies that fix the problem. I never feel like my wallet is gouged and I always feel like she fixes the problem. Her front staff was great with me- I’ve never had an issue. Her office is nice and peaceful. I will be back for sure!

Never saw the doctor because I didn’t get past the rude and condescending front office staff. Office policy is the most bizarre I’ve ever seen. In order to be seen, you must provide a credit card number complete with expiration date and CVV number. Despite having one of the best health insurance coverage out there, they require a credit card number. I’ve NEVER been asked for a credit card number to guarantee medical care.

Having researched a Dermatologist for some time, I am very pleased to have located a competent, professional, courteous, and friendly Dermatologist. The staff was welcoming and provided the service we should all expect and receive. Dr. Miles was very responsive and attentive to my concerns. I appreciate the 'bedside" manner and taking the time to provide the necessary information The office environment was inviting, nicely appointed, and relaxing. Thank you Dr. Miles and staff!

I was recommended to Dr. Miles but never able to see her. The staff are rude! The older woman taking calls is unprofessional and not helpful at all. I heard Dr. Miles was great, but I refuse to deal with an office that can treat a new patient that way over the phone.

Beware - this office will be incredibly irresponsible with your health. It took me two visits to realize what Miles' office is all about: peddling the expensive cosmetic side of dermatology and not a side that is concerned with your actual health. I saw Dr. Miles for the first time about a year ago because my internist recommended I see a derm about a couple moles I have. Upon my very first visit to Dr. Miles (and what she knew was my first dermatologist visit ever), she did not even do a full

I recommend Dr. Miles. I had the pleasure of being seen by her when she was in Bowie MD. Very professional, good listener, and was very realistic about my skin issues and what could be done about them.

Dr. Miles is a true professional. I came to her in a bid to get on Accutane after my previous dermatologist had laughed away my concerns. Dr. Miles immediately put me on Accutane, and five months later I'm clear as can be. For the first time ever, I have true confidence and peace of mind. You would be making a HUGE mistake if you passed up the opportunity to see her. This dermatologist is LIFE-CHANGING. Please see her! -Michael
