Dr. Kathryn Reynolds, MD

I really liked Dr. Reynolds, but beware of her office staff. They are rude, nasty and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment, only to be verbally attacked by Esther. I am a teacher and was sick frequently throughout the year with asthma, upper respiratory and sinus infections, hospitalized for Covid, and my sister was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor, which lead to three cancelations. (I always followed the 24 hour cancellation policy). I was told by Esther that I am no longer welcome in their practice and have to go somewhere else.

Never saw the Dr. Forty five minutes past my follow up appointment time I was told she was working with a student and running over an hour late. No room is available for me with two patients still before me and would I like to rescheduel. If I was told this upon arrival, I would have. I will not use a doctor or office that has zero respect for their patients time or feelings. I felt like I was in a mill churning out patients. I was told I would get a call with my results. I did not. Patients' Bill of Rights: A patient has the right to:Be treated with courtesy and respect, with appreciation of his or her dignity, and with protection of privacy. A little weak in this area was observed...sad

Excellent fund of knowledge, conscientious, personable

Dr Reynolds is thorough, informative and comprehensive in making recommendations to her patients. She is very up to date on current medical matters and highly professional.

I think she is a great diagnostic and treatment doc, but I need someone who isn’t afraid to treat Hashimotos with nutrition in addition to medicine.

I have been a patient of Dr Reynolds for over six years. I see her for post thyroid cancer! I adore Dr Reynolds, she is very knowledgeable, kind, never rushes me and always answers my questions. She’s the best. I have had to wait for a while but I do understand that she has emergency appts and emergency phone calls during her day so I don’t mind Sr Reynolds has never rushed me once she enters the exam room. Wow! Dr.Reynolds is very straight forward but in the best way. She doesn’t sugar coat anything but also doesn’t rush you. She gives you all the information you need and gives you advice but doesn’t push you. The whole experience was nice. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and efficient. I did not have to wait long and yet I had enough time to ask questions during my visit. I would highly recommend Dr.Reynolds!

After waiting over 50 minutes in the reception area for my visit with the Nurse practitioner, I was informed that supposedly I had not been logged In. This was after I registered with the receptionist at the Check In window Upon my arrival. When questioned how this could happen, I was told that It was probably a computer problem an that the Nurse would try to Squeeze me in after the next patient. The receptionist was well aware of my presence in the waiting room long before I demanded an explanation. It definitely felt that this was an intentional incidents by the receptionist After I questioned her regarding why I had to pay prior to being seen by the medical staff.

I went to her for Thyroid and hormone testing. My tests came back and the nurse called me with changes to my medications. I said I have a few questions and I would like to see my results. The nurse was argumentative and said my hormone results were being forwarded to my ObGYN. After seeing my test results I sent a message to the doctor saying I have a few questions about my test results can she please call me. Her nurse called me back and said I need to ask her the questions and she will relay it to the doctor. I told her they were "complicated questions and I did not feel comfortable sharing them with her. I wanted to discuss them with my doctor. She told me to make an appointment if I wanted to see the doctor. I told her I just saw the doctor 2 weeks ago and I was not paying for another visit to a specialist. I asked her if the doctor was refusing to talk to me. She said no, make an appointment to come and see the doctor. She said the doctor would not return my call.

I did have to wait a while to get in, but Dr. Reynolds was fantastic. Asked all the right questions and wasn't in a hurry. She seemed very interested and engaged.

The staff is amazing and helpful! Always greet you with a smile and are willing to go the extra mile! I saw the girl in the front with blonde hair help a blind lady fill out the paper work! She went above and beyond to help that patient! I think her name is Janet! Dr Reynolds is very knowledgeable and had great bedside manners!

Reynolds gave me wrong prescription and it took me 4 phone calls to get it straightened out. Besides that my blood work had some abnormalities which they never told me about and when I questioned them about the blood work they told me to call my family doctor.Dr Reynolds took the blood work,not my family doctor.....Crazy....I will never go back

I waited 5 months for an appointment. I was told if I could get my last blood work results in by a certain day, they could squeeze me in. My results were sent within the hour and no appointment was made. BEWARE!!!!! I had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment that I waited 5 months for. I cancelled 4 days in advance. When I called to reschedule, I was told that the owners don’t allow appointments to be rescheduled if you cancel!!!!!! It’s ok, they are very RUDE in that office!

Dr. Reynolds is the most amazing Dr. I have ever been to. I struggled for 6 years with other Drs and she was able to help me finally. I would most highly recommend her to anyone.
