Dr. Kathryn Jenewein, DPM

Worst experience ever. Extremely painful.very aggressive technique could not have her finish.

Both my son and I saw Dr. Jenewein and she in both cases she made the diagnosis and treat plan accordingly. She was thorough and answers questions. I also corresponded with her through my chart and she answered promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend her.

Went in with a foot condition. Took 30 mins past my appointment time before I was seen. Doc. looked at my feet and quickly determined that she was going to make a referral (This is for a condition that should be easily treatable by a podiatrist according to the APMA). In my opinion, there is no reason that a culture couldn't be done, and treatment started. I explained that it may take a long time to get into another appointment and my condition was reasonably urgent. She did not include any information on the referral to indicate that it was urgent, so the referred clinic refused to give me any preference for scheduling and said the earliest I could be scheduled was 5 MONTHS out! This is for a progressive, painful, debilitating, issue that could have easily been taken care of at the podiatrist. Now I am forced to go out of network to try and find a solution. I strongly recommend to anybody to find somebody else. For me this was just a waste of time and money.

I almost didn't choose Dr. Jenewein because of the two short negative reviews listed here, but I'm so glad I went to see her. She listened to my concerns very attentively and addressed each one. After ordering x-rays, she took time to very patiently and clearly talk me through what we were seeing and offered multiple options for possible treatments. I am really glad I chose her.

I was impressed with Dr. Jenewein's manner, professionalism, and her explanation of what might be wrong with my ankle and the possibilities for fixing it. The front office staff were efficient and effective, as was the person who took my ankle x-rays. Overall, it was a good experience, that answered the questions I had before I went. I will be going back once I decide what I can afford, in time and money.

I felt like she was rushing, and was not really very interested in my foot problem.

I would not recommend this podiatrist. Very unprofessional and comes off as a know it all.
